Convenient and cost effective, the PatchBox pipe repair kit contains all the materials needed to produce a permanent, high quality repair in clay and plastic waste water pipes.

Easily stored in a vehicle, PatchBox can be used immediately, allowing a job to be completed in one visit - saving you time and money.

Designed for use with the Sava range of inflatable Packers, the PatchBox is currently available for 600mm length repairs of 100, 150 and 225mm diameter pipes. Other kit sizes are available to order.

 
 

How does it work?

The PatchBox pipe repair system is easy to use. Just follow these simple steps.....

  • Insert the Packer into the polythene tubes and ensure that both are securely fastened.
  • Mix the resin and coat both sides of the glass mat.
  • Wrap the resin impregnated glass mat around the Packer and secure.
  • Position the Packer in the pipe at the point of repair and inflate to the correct pressure.
  • Attach the pressure check gauge to the inflation hose or push rod and monitor the Packer pressure whilst the patch is curing.
  • Once the resin has cured, deflate the Packer and remove it from the pipe.

The PatchBox Kit

The PatchBox repair kit contains all the materials needed to create a permanent repair in clay, plastic or concrete waste water pipes. This unique kit saves time and money as there is no need to buy materials in bulk and preparation time on site is significantly reduced.

PatchBox is currently available for 600mm long repairs in 100, 150 and 225mm diameter pipes. Other kit sizes are available to order.
